appointments requested before or after salon hours; will include an additional service fee of $100.00.
salon policies
48-hour cancellation
we require all guests to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. failure to show up will result in a charge for the full service amount.
please note: your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not honored.
late arrival policy
please respect your stylist and fellow guests by arriving on time or a few minutes early. if you expect to be late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled time may forfeit their appointment and be subject to a late fee. late cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service, including consultations.
no-show policy
if you do not notify us and miss your appointment (no call/no show), you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
children policy
to ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted experience, we kindly ask that children not be present during appointments. many of our services require focused time and attention, and your comfort and rest are our top priority. please arrange childcare prior to booking your appointment.
