Salon Policies

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

All guests are required to give a minimum of 48-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule their appointments to avoid incurring a fee.  If you notify us less than 48-hours prior to your appointment, 50% of the service cost will be charged.  Should you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service cost. 

Please adhere to these policies. 


*Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

Late Policy

Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow guests by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know.  Guests arriving 15 minutes or later for your appointments will forfeit the original appointment, subject to a late fee, and be rescheduled.  Appointments canceled less than 48-hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service; including consultations.

No-Show Policy

If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

Change of Service

A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48-hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Children Policy

We kindly ask that no children are present during your reservation.  Some of these services take longer in time to perform.  My services provided are catered to you and your rest and relaxation.  Please be sure to make arrangements before booking an appointment.
